Stephen is a senior solutions leader with over 40 years of experience in the application development, assessment, optimization, modernization and migration industries with a primary focus on legacy mainframe applications. He has built and expanded application modernization practices for four major systems integrators (SIs), and a business rule mining practice for a large SI. Stephen has led large development teams building application assessment, analysis and transformation products, in addition to business rule extraction platforms. Stephen is currently driving AveriSource Platform™️ enhancements toward accelerating application rewrites, as well as implementing user and workflow improvements like chatbots, natural language processing, and machine learning models for generative AI.
